Biography
Joshua represents a diverse client base in an array of disputes, including closely-held and family-owned companies and small businesses, health care providers and physicians, and real estate holding companies. His litigation practice focuses on ownership and management disputes and breakups, including dissolution, valuation, corporate books and records requests, shareholder derivative suits, and receivership, restrictive covenant litigation, commercial real estate disputes, including commercial foreclosure, commercial summary proceedings, and Yellowstone litigation, bankruptcy, unfair competition and trade secret misappropriation, and prosecuting and defending breach of contract claims.
Joshua is admitted to practice in the States of New York and New Jersey and the United States District Courts and Bankruptcy Courts for the Southern, Eastern, and Northern Districts of New York and the District of New Jersey.

- Won jury trial verdict on behalf of laboratory defeating $20M claim for breach of a nondisclosure agreement and tortious interference with business relationships

- Won judgment dismissing $20M fraud claims related to foreign real estate investment on collateral estoppel grounds
- Won judgment dismissing claim for aiding and abetting breach of fiduciary duty after successfully evicting commercial tenant from leased premises
- Won money judgment on behalf of commercial landlord seeking unpaid rent and additional rent
- Won judgment ejecting commercial tenant from leased premises
- Defeated claim for trademark infringement against prior business owner
- Successfully dismissed claim for breach of oral partnership agreement on statute of frauds grounds
