Biography
Jessica M. Seidman joined the Firm in 2017. She has extensive experience assisting clients in commercial litigation, real property litigation, and real estate and commercial transactions. Ms. Seidman has represented a broad array of clients across New York and New Jersey and has substantial experience in all forms of transactional work, including the formation of entities and preparation and negotiation of agreements between the participants in the entities, including shareholders’ agreements, operating agreements, partnership agreements and joint ventures. Ms. Seidman has represented sellers and purchasers in all forms of business and real estate transactions and has engaged in representing parties in matters involving disputes among partners, shareholders and members of commercial enterprises. She is a seasoned litigator, with over 30 years of experience in motion practice, discovery, depositions, oral arguments, trial work and appellate work. Ms. Seidman received her B.A. from the State University of New York at Stony Brook 1982, and earned her J.D. from the Western New England School of Law in 1985. Ms. Seidman is licensed to practice law in the States of New York and New Jersey, and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts.
