Physician Advocacy Program 2024
Last updated on March 5, 2024
The Physician Advocacy Program (“PAP”) is designed to work seamlessly with any administrative coverage offered by a provider’s malpractice insurance company, and, subject to the details and scope of each of the above plans, will provide legal representation for services not otherwise covered by the provider’s malpractice insurance policy. Should additional services be required that are not covered by the provider’s malpractice insurance or included as part of the PAP, Weiss Zarett Brofman Sonnenklar & Levy, P.C., will undertake to provide such representation at its then-current rates.
Weiss Zarett Brofman Sonnenklar & Levy, P.C., is dedicated to representing physicians and other health care providers in the complex and ever-changing practice of health care law. From negotiating a hospital’s acquisition of medical practice, to defending a physician in a medical staff privileging summary suspension hearing, to responding to a Medicare or third-party commercial payer audit, the attorneys at Weiss Zarett Brofman Sonnenklar & Levy, P.C., routinely involve themselves in cutting-edge health care law issues.
