Biography
Brian’s clients include people to whom wages, overtime, or tips are owed by their current or former employers, such as waiters, workers in retail, salespeople, and people working in .com start-ups. He also defends restaurants, stores and other businesses in wage, overtime, and tip litigation.
He defends businesses from the NY Department of Labor in litigation involving alleged discrimination and failure to pay wages, overtime and tips.
Brian represents restaurants in OATH hearings involving the letter grades they are required to post.
Brian represents both employees and employers in discrimination cases, including discrimination based on race, disability, age, gender, religion, sexual orientation, etc.
He represents both employers in disputes involving unemployment insurance claims.
