Josh has been active in managing the Firm’s Litigation Department since he arrived here in 2021 and became the Chair of the Department in 2024. He plays a crucial role overseeing Weiss Zarett’s healthcare, commercial, and real estate litigation and advising clients to achieve optimal, efficient outcomes.
