Keith James

Mr. James is a Senior Counsel of the Firm and a member of the Firm’s corporate, transactional and healthcare practice groups. He joined the Firm in 2024, after practicing in the corporate departments of two large, nationally recognized law firms, including in the Mergers & Acquisitions group of Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison for over 6.5 years. He possesses more than 8 years of transactional and corporate experience representing healthcare businesses, physicians and other professionals, private equity funds and other commercial organizations.
