Chaya Rosenbaum

Chaya Rosenbaum is an Associate at Weiss Zarett Brofman Sonnenklar & Levy, P.C. in the Firm’s corporate, transactional, and healthcare regulatory practice. She represents healthcare providers and other clients in connection with corporate formation, the structuring of MSO arrangements, regulatory compliance, the drafting and negotiating of employment, non-disclosure, and billing agreements, and other healthcare-related transactions. She received her J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law, where she led healthcare advocacy projects, and is admitted to practice in New York.
