Biography

Sarah Masheyev is an associate in the Firm’s healthcare and corporate practice groups. She represents physicians, dentists, and other healthcare professionals, as well as management companies and private equity-backed organizations, in a broad range of transactional and business matters. Her experience includes practice acquisitions and sales, commercial leasing, employment matters, compliance, trademark registration, and advising clients on healthcare regulatory issues.

Sarah’s strong foundation in the sciences provides her with a practical understanding of the healthcare industry and the unique legal and business challenges faced by healthcare providers. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology, summa cum laude, from St. John’s University before obtaining her Juris Doctor from St. John’s University School of Law.

Sarah is admitted to practice law in the State of New York. She is committed to delivering practical, client-focused legal counsel and helping healthcare providers and businesses navigate an evolving legal and regulatory landscape.
