Mathew Levy, Esq. and his team successfully represented a physician before the office of professional medical conduct (OPMC) and have the matter closed. A complaint was filed with OPMC by the providers patient. The provider was accused of deviating from the standard of care and OPMC did not initially decide to close the case and requested to interview the provider. We prepared the provider and successfully proved that the provider met and exceeded the standard of care. After the OPMC interview they determined to close the matter with no disciplinary result.
