Biography

Floyd Grossman, who joined the Firm in 2017 after 35 years at his own law practice, represents a broad range of clients with respect to title claims, tax sales and other real estate litigation, commercial litigation, real estate transactions and other commercial matters. He works with a diverse cross-section of clients ranging from individual home-buyers to large commercial enterprises, real-estate developers and investors. Mr. Grossman graduated cum laude from Clark University in 1971. He attended Brooklyn Law School, earning his Juris Doctorate in 1974. He is licensed to practice law in the State of New York, and is admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court, and the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York State.
