I highly recommend considering David Zarrett for any physician representation you may have. I worked closely with David and and his associate Carissa over the past year and I found the entire experience to be outstanding. Without getting into the specific aspects of my case, I needed representation to deal with a medical board with an issue regarding my clinical practice. It was a very stressful time for me, and I didn’t know exactly who to turn to or what my options were. David and Carissa guided me through the entire process brilliantly.

As couple of things really stood out as to why I chose him. First and foremost, David has a ton of experience actually speaking to medical boards and licensing committees. This is hugely important because while many lawyers were willing to take the case, there aren’t that many that actually have experience in the actual process. Second, they actually gave me very realistic options with regards on how to proceed, most likely because of their experience base. At times, it almost seemed as if David and Carissa were time travelers because they predicted precisely what might happened before it actually happened.
