We successfully restructured new dental organizations and purchased 6 new in the last 6 months.

This transaction included drafting and negotiating letters of intent for all six practices restructuring the entire input structure to have it teed up for a potential private equity transaction in the future. In addition, we have been coordinating with credentialing consultants to have compliant billing practices throughout the entire organization.
