Mathew Levy negotiated settlements with the US Attorney’s Office on behalf of a client, related to corporate integrity agreements.
A physical therapy practice was investigated for supervision and billing issues related to physical therapy services performed by physical therapy assistants. As part of the settlement, we were able to facilitate avoiding any criminal exposure was a Corporate Integrity Agreement. We successfully facilitated and structured the quarterly reviews and meetings among the client, consultant, and the US Attorney.
