Mathew Levy, Esq., on behalf of a medical provider successfully negotiated a settlement with the US Attorney’s Office, related to a corporate integrity agreement.
A physical therapy practice was investigated for supervision and billing issues related to physical therapy services performed by physical therapy assistants. As part of the settlement, we were able to facilitate avoiding any criminal exposure was a Corporate Integrity Agreement. We successfully facilitated and structured the quarterly reviews and meetings among the client, consultant, and the US Attorney.
