Weiss Zarett is seeking a highly skilled attorney with experience in commercial real estate transactions, including property purchases, sales, and leases, to join our Commercial Real Estate Practice Group.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas:
- Provide legal representation to clients in commercial real estate transactions, including property purchases, sales, and leases.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Negotiate with opposing parties to reach mutually beneficial agreements.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to resolve disputes and protect clients’ interests.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to ensure comprehensive legal support.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in commercial real estate law and industry developments.
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an American Bar Association accredited law school is required
- New York law license
- Portable book of business of at least $400,000 (arbitrary number)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: $125,000.00 – $200,000 per year, exclusive of additional origination credit
